Introduction

Just starting up this blog. I want to create this as a space where we talk about all things Aandal.

My mother-in-law, Smt. Champaka Iyengar, started Godha Devi Sangam about 50 years ago in Delhi. I have had the opportunity to take this forward and develope Godha Devi Sangam into a group of people who sing praises of Aandal and her glory.

We will talk about the history surrounding her, Tiruppavai etc. and I will upload Tiruppavai and other Pashurams sung by members of the Godha Devi Sangam over the years.

I am currently testing out how to implement these things and will improve this blog as I go along and learn.
